So on this rainy Sunday I decided to spice it up a bit. And what’s spicer than taking risks and trying something new!?! It was my first time making shrimp Pad Thai and it turned out surprisingly delicious.
So to make the sauce I combine soy sauce, fish sauce, white vinegar, organic honey and chili flakes.
On large skillet I seared shrimp 🦐 with garlic, butter and some chili flakes until golden brown. Add previously cooked noodles and sauce and cooked for 2-3 minutes, add beaten eggs and scramble, then toss with the noodles. Finally, I added bok Choy 🥬, green onion, peanuts, basil and limes….and dinner was ready….
