Grilled salmon with lentil.
Healthy and delicious 😋
First simmer the lentil with the bay leaf 🍃, thyme and vegetable stock until tender. In the meantime, heat olive oil on a pan , add mushrooms and cook for 5-8 minutes, until soft and caramelized. Add the the chopped garlic and cook for additional 2-3 minutes. Ones the lentil is ready mix gently with mushrooms.
To make the sauce combine together the chopped garlic, organic honey, white wine vinegar, olive oil and whole grain mustard.
Pour half the sauce over lentil and toss gently.
Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes skin down.
When ready place the salmon on top and pour over the remaining sauce.
