2. Circles with hands
Benefits: Shoulders work, improves posture
How to do it:
- Raise your arms straight out to the sides to make a T-shape, and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
- Palms down, thumbs forward.
- Make 20 forward circles with your hands.
- Flip your palms up, thumbs facing back, do 20 reverse circles with your hands.
- Repeat 2 to 3 times.
